Studio Policies

  • Patch Test: Mandatory for all first-time lift, tint, or lamination treatments. Must be completed at least 48 hours prior to service.
  • Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellations so we can refill the slot.
  • Appointment Prep: Please arrive with clean lashes and brows, completely free of mascara, lash glues, or oil-based facial creams.
